We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted and you are a customer in Spain, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Returned items will not be accepted without a prior return request.
Please note that if your country of residence is not Spain, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. If the watch is defective, we will cover the shipping costs.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
14-day withdrawal period in the European Union.
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and issue the refund.

ORDER PROCESSING:
Processing your order takes 2-3 business days. You will receive an email within 2-3 business days to let you know that
your order is on its way.
STORE PICKUP –
Orders can be picked up daily starting. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
Local and European shipping: (Tracked shipping)
Orders are usually shipped within 2 to 3 business days via UPS Standard Delivery (7-10 business days). Domestic and international shipping is free of charge.
By prior arrangement, it is also possible to pick up/deliver the watch in person in Malaga.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping with:
Correos España Paquete Light (€20). The estimated delivery time for this shipping method is 10 to 16 business days.
UPS EXPRESS (€35). The estimated delivery time for this shipping method is 7 to 10 business days.
The shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are levied once
the shipment reaches your destination country outside the EU. RESCUED WATCHES is not responsible for these
charges if they apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Damage during transport
The customer must immediately inform the transport company of any damage that may have occurred during transport. In the event of a claim, the customer must accurately describe the defect and inform RESCUED WATCHES in writing within a maximum of 3 days of receiving the shipment.
